This combination in particular consist of 71 calories and 19 carbohydrates every 8-oz; however, lime juice can be replaced by other suitable fruit.

The use of cranberry jell, which may be combined with some pieces of natural cranberries can also be a nice desert, as well as its inclusion into some salads. Hence, cranberries are not banned for dieters at all; in fact, they may add some taste and sweetness to a regular diet.
