Points That Count: A Review Of Weight WatchersMost of us know people who have tried the Weight Watchers program and lost a lot of weight. A few years later they gained it back. Maybe you have tried the program yourself. Consider a few main points before joining or re-joining a Weight Watchers support group.
Counting point is pointlessIn recent years people have started counting points because they want to watch their weight. Weight watchers came up with a program that converts calories, fat and fiber in foods and assigns it a number or point. There is a banking system when it comes to your body, but you may not like the fat deposits it makes when you mess with it. |
