Speed Up Weight Loss With Easy Fat Burners

When we are trying to lose weight, what we really want to do is lose fat and the spare tire, love handles and those stubborn saddlebags. The following fat burners will help you lose those problem areas once and for all.

Exercise Regularly At Right Intensity

The best fat burner of all is exercise. Exercise speeds up the metabolism and helps causes the body to burn calories.

While you can lose weight by dieting and not exercising, if you exercise, you can eat more calories and you will lose weight faster. In order to burn fat, you have to work in your target heart rate zone. This is 60 to 80 percent of your maximal heart rate (220 minus your age).

You will need to take your pulse for ten seconds and multiply by six. Heart rate monitors can be helpful because they can keep track of your heart rate for you.

You will need to stay in your target heart rate zone for at least 20 to 30 minutes, three times a day. This does not mean that you have to do this for 20 to 30 minutes in a row-you can do ten minutes here and 10 minutes there as long as it adds up to 20 to 30 minutes a day.

Muscle Burns Fat

In addition to fat-burning cardio exercise, you will want to include resistance training at fat burner exercisesleast two times a week. Resistance training helps melt fat by increasing muscle mass. The more muscles you have, the more calories you will burn, even while your body is at rest. In order to give your muscles a chance to build up, you should rest for at least 24 hours in between weight training sessions. If you are short on time, you can work the upper body one day and the lower body the next.

Spice up Your Life

Spicy foods can help you burn cellulite. Hot foods such as chili peppers, and jalapeños actually make you burn calories. So try some chicken fajitas or some low-fat turkey soft tacos for supper.

Eat Enough, But Not Too Much

To burn fat, you have to eat enough so that you are not hungry. You don't want your body to think that it is starving and slow your metabolism down. So eat only when you are hungry. Never starve yourself or skip meals.
