Why are fats so bad when they taste so good? Fats have a chemical makeup that makes fat freethem sticky, like large globs of putty. When those globs are ingested by the body, they are absorbed into the system and put directly into the bloodstream. As such, fat runs through your blood stream and builds up along the walls. Fats also accumulate in your cells, where they grow the cells and form fatty deposits o the body. In short, think of fats as a small monster attacking all of the functions of your body.
