It is usually recommended to take hoodia before meals with a glass of water. Side effects of taking hoodia are not yet clearly known. Although hoodia is a natural substance, many diet pills will include other additives so choose carefully. It is a good idea to consult a doctor before adding any supplements to your diet. Hoodia diet pills may be beneficial for weight loss, but should never fully replace a healthy weight loss plan. |
