Lose Weight Easy With Three Fantastic Steps

Although some people find losing weight to be an incredibly difficult challenge, you can lose weight easy by following three basic rules. If you study the quick weight loss plans used by celebrities and models, especially ones who are trying to lose baby weight, it's easy to connect the diet dots. While it's true many people go overboard with their diet, becoming anorexic, you can very easily lose weight in a healthful way without going too far.

  • Step 1: Focus on Protein

The first key to easy weight loss is to focus on protein, especially in the morning. The reason you need to eat a protein shake or have eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast instead of cereal or bread is because you want to keep your blood sugar stable. If you start your day with any kind of carbohydrates you will probably crave sugar and lose your will power later in the day. Why do that to yourself?

After giving up bread, potatoes, pasta, fruit and sugar for a few weeks, your body will more easily be able to hand carbohydrates, but until then stick to vegetables, proteins and salads.

  • Step 2: Drink water and tea

Another simple weight loss strategy is to drink water all day instead of diet drinks, which actually increase your appetite. Caffeine also raises your appetite, but a little unsweetened tea, especially green tea, will not thwart your diet plans. Drinking plenty of water will keep you feeling full and hydrated.

  • Step 3: Get back on the wagon

The third step to this easy diet plan is to get back on the wagon if you fall off. The beauty of a no-sugar diet is you can get back on the wagon the next day.

You probably won't be able to get back on the wagon the same day because once you eat sugar or refined carbohydrates, your body will lose all willpower. You won't be able to resist binging on junk food. But the next day is a fresh slate because your cravings do not carry over to the next day! It's true. Just start your day with a vegetable omelet, followed by lean turkey breast and salad for lunch. You won't crave sugar or overeat. And if you slip up, tomorrow is another day.
