Here are three of the tastiest Low Carb Diets recipes.

Quick and easy: basil chicken with vegetables. Probably the easiest and quickest low carb dish, easy to prepare even for an inexperienced cook. Perfect for quick meals, when you don't have much time, but you need to eat something quickly without ruining your diet.

Ingredients:

  • a pound of boneless chicken meat
  • one chopped red bell pepper
  • eight ounces of sliced mushrooms
  • two cups of sliced zucchini
  • three tablespoons of olive oil, pesto
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation: heat oil on a large frying-pan, chop the chicken, add salt and pepper. Put Low Carb Diets recipechicken on the pan, add the vegetables then stir. Cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes, then add pesto. After that wait for about a minute, take the frying pan out of the oven and serve.

For the liquid diet: blueberry protein shake

This is one of the fastest low carb diets recipes. The shake is something for those that look for something really quick that would keep them going for a long time, but don't want to risk eating snack food. The shake can be made in 5 minutes at most, but will keep you full for a few hours at least.

Ingredients:

  • half a cup of coconut milk
  • one vanilla-flavored "Designer Protein" powder
  • half a cup of frozen blueberries (you can substitute them with strawberries if you like)
  • two tablespoons of flax seed meal, half a cup of water, sweeteners to taste (NO SUGAR!).

Preparation: it's simple. Get everything together and mix it using your mixer or blender. After two-three minutes the shake should be ready.

For the low-carb desserts: vanilla strawberry cream

Creating low-carb desserts can be really, really difficult since you're cut off from most usual snacks and cakes. Fortunately the fact that you're on a diet does not mean that you can't eat ANY dessert. Here's an example of what a desperate dieter can do to eat a tasty dessert while following low carb diets.

Ingredients:

  • two cups of strawberries (frozen are best)
  • two cups of ricotta cheese, a tablespoon of vanilla
  • 25 ml of some sugar-free strawberry syrup
  • sweetener to taste.

Preparation: put everything save ricotta in the blender and mix it for some time. The add ricotta and continue blending until the cream become perfectly smooth. Then put the mass (covered!) in the fridge for about an hour, then serve and enjoy.
