When triglycerides build up in your organs, they tax the operations of your organs. Or example, if you have an abundant level of triglycerides in your liver, your liver may not process toxic foods properly and may not be able toe secrete the necessary hormones to reduce levels of toxins in your body.

To reduce triglycerides, it is important that you eat a low-fat, low calories diet and pursue a lifestyle of exercise. Staying active and conscious of the foods you eat is essential to ensuring that you have a long and healthy life.
